Orders are shipped at the customer’s request, so once the items leave X Solar’s premises, the customer will be responsible for them.

• X solar ships all orders without insurance.

• Any damages or losses incurred during transit due to theft, looting, hijacking, fire, mishandling, negligence, acts of God, or any other cause beyond our control [force majeure] will not be covered by X Solar.

• When requesting X Solar to ship solar panels, the customer may incur additional packaging costs. If the goods are fragile, additional packaging fees will apply.

• Goods will be delivered within 2-7 working days.

• It is important for the customer to provide the courier company with their full shipping address, as well as their contact information.

• The customer should avail themself within the 2-7 working days to receive the goods.

• It is possible for the customer to arrange their own courier, provided X Solar is notified in advance.
