3. Orders
3.1 We reserve the right to reject orders, with a full refund, due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or inability to meet delivery requirements.
3.2 You will receive an order number upon confirmation. Please use this for all correspondence.
4. Products & Pricing
4.1 Product images are for reference only. Variations may occur due to digital displays.
4.2 Pricing is subject to change and may be affected by human error, system issues, or external platforms (e.g., Google Ads).
4.3 In line with the Consumer Protection Act, we reserve the right to cancel orders and refund customers in the event of obvious pricing errors.
5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery costs will be added during checkout.
5.2 Estimated delivery timelines are communicated at the time of purchase.
5.3 We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control (e.g., weather, strikes).
6. Payment
6.1 Payment must be made in full upon checkout unless otherwise arranged.

6.3 EFT orders are reserved for 24 hours pending payment before cancellation.
7. Returns & Warranty
7.1 We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
7.2 Products may be subject to a 15% handling fee.
7.3 All warranties are subject to manufacturer terms and require valid proof of installation by a qualified professional where applicable.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 X SOLAR’s liability is limited to the value of the goods sold.
